Always-on first-party statistics
In production, a base visit event is sent to /collect/ independently of optional-cookie choice. The payload contains encoded browser language, local timestamp, time zone and referrer when available. The client sets no tracking cookie. Loopback testing is excluded. Server and CDN logs may record network and request data for delivery and security.
Optional choice
The banner choice is stored locally and controls only optional advertising, personalisation or third-party trackers; none are active. Rejecting or ignoring does not suppress the first-party base event in production.
Email and security
